Jean Burel, founded 1990 in Concarneau, Finistère, hand-packs roughly 400,000 cans a year of sardines with many vintage and festival editions, white tuna, mackerel and anchovies, plus an organic sub-brand Algo d'Aure pairing fish with organic seaweed.
