What we collect

When you subscribe to the AllTinned Weekly newsletter, we collect your email address. Beyond that we collect only anonymous, aggregate usage data: which pages and features get used, never tied to who you are.

We also collect anonymous usage data: which pages you visit, what you search for on the site, which filters you use, and which retailer links you click. This is tied to an anonymous site identifier, never to your name, email, or any other way of identifying you.

How we use it

Your email address is used only to send the AllTinned Weekly newsletter. We do not use it for advertising, profiling, or any other purpose.

Email delivery is handled by Resend (resend.com), our third-party email service. Your email address is stored on their platform in accordance with their privacy policy.

Usage data is used to understand which pages, products, and retailers people are interested in, and to build reports for the brands and retailers we work with. Those reports are always aggregate counts, never individual visitor records.

Third-party services

AllTinned is hosted on Vercel (vercel.com). Vercel may collect anonymised request data for performance and security purposes.

We use Resend for newsletter delivery and Vercel Analytics to understand which pages and features get used; analytics are aggregate and anonymous. Outbound retailer links run through the AvantLink affiliate network, whose script operates on the site; if you buy through one of those links the retailer may pay us a commission. Neither analytics nor the affiliate network receives your email address.

Data retention

Your email address is retained until you unsubscribe. Every newsletter includes a one-click unsubscribe link.

To request deletion of your data, email hello@alltinned.com. We will remove your address within 5 business days.

Cookies

AllTinned does not run advertising cookies. We do set a first-party, anonymous identifier so we can tell that the same anonymous visit is browsing multiple pages. Neither this nor any other tracking on the site is used to build a profile of who you are, and it is never shared outside AllTinned's own aggregate reporting. The affiliate network may set a cookie when you click out to a retailer so the referral can be credited. We never follow you across other websites.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will note them here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
