A Genoese fish canning tradition dating to 1888, founded in one of the Mediterranean's most historically significant port cities. Angelo Parodi produces tuna, sardines, mackerel, and anchovies with an emphasis on hand-processing and premium raw material selection. Now part of ICAT Food but operating under its own production identity and tradition.
