Fausto

A small artisan producer in Matosinhos, founded by Fausto de Oliveira Dias Cantara and named for the founder himself. Uses the infrastructure of the Matosinhos fishing port and cannery tradition to produce a gourmet range under his own name, a personal project rooted in the community where Portuguese conservas were built.
