Don Reinaldo

A Galician cannery with deep family roots in the canning industry, Don Reinaldo was rescued from closure by two sisters called on by the Galician government to save the factory. Their family has been in the canned fish business in the region for generations. Don Reinaldo produces sardines and mackerel fished by purse seine, rope-grown mussels rated highly for sustainability by the Marine Conservation Society, and a range of smoked products including smoked oysters, smoked trout, and smoked sardines.
