Riga Gold

The flagship brand of Gamma-A, a Latvian canned fish company founded in 1995 and headquartered in Riga with a factory in Kolka, Talsi parish. Gamma-A is the largest manufacturer of sprats in the world and the largest canned fish producer in the Baltic states. Riga Gold takes its name from Latvia's capital, where sprat processing has been a tradition since the 1880s. Wild-caught Baltic sprats are smoked over alder wood and hand-packed in oil, with the range extending from classic sprats in oil to glass jars, sardines, and mackerel. Exported to 46 countries including Japan, China, and Australia. MSC certified.
