Founded in 2008 by Chris Zabriskie in Wakefield, Massachusetts. Zabriskie noticed the gap for premium shelf-stable seafood while working at Whole Foods. Cole's partners with Geomar Chile for Patagonian salmon and rainbow trout, applewood-smoked and hand-packed with a traditional Chilean spice blend, and also sources from fishing communities in the Cape Verdean Islands. ASC-certified aquaculture throughout. Distributed nationally through Walmart and specialty retailers.
