A Spanish food market and restaurant concept in Hudson Yards, Manhattan, created by chef Jose Andres and the Adria brothers. The retail market stocks a curated selection of Spanish conservas, including anchovies, sardines, cockles, mussels, and bonito del norte, imported directly from artisan producers across Spain, alongside charcuterie, cheese, and other Spanish pantry goods.
