Bahia de le Concha

Named after the shell-shaped bay in San Sebastián that is one of the defining images of the Basque Country. Founded by Iñaki Pascual, who developed his understanding of anchovies through childhood in the bay's shadow. The boquerones, white anchovies hand-filleted and cured in white wine vinegar, garlic, and parsley, are the brand's signature and are regarded among the finest in Spain.
