Ottogi is one of Korea's three tuna canneries, alongside Dongwon and Sajo, though the country knows it first as the maker of its curry, ramen, and mayonnaise. Founded in 1969, it moved into canned seafood as one corner of a sprawling everyday-pantry range, packing light tuna, red-pepper tuna, and kimchi tuna for the domestic table and the Korean diaspora.
