Sole Mare

Australian-owned canned seafood brand operated by Conga Foods, the Melbourne-based food import business founded by the Valmorbida family, the same family behind Sirena tuna. Sole Mare draws on European heritage and Mediterranean preservation tradition to produce chunk-style tuna in olive oil and springwater, alongside mackerel, sardines, anchovies, and mussels. Tuna is FAD-free and pole-and-line or purse-seine caught; anchovies are made in Italy using traditional salt-curing and hand-filleting methods. Packed in Thailand.
