A family-run, shore-based seafood processor in Ninilchik on Alaska's Kenai Peninsula, founded by Jason and Rory Tanner. Rather than fishing itself, it buys fresh catch beachside in Homer and from Prince William Sound out of Whittier, then flash-freezes on land. The direct-to-consumer range runs to fresh and frozen halibut, salmon, king crab, and shrimp, plus smoked salmon and salmon jarred or canned.
