Specialises in processing and wholesale of regional crab and squid species, including kasumi crab, matsuba crab, and firefly squid (hotaru ika). Produces canned hotaru ika using Hyogo Prefecture squid in soy sauce and miso preparations. Hyogo Prefecture lands the largest volume of firefly squid in Japan.
