Fishing and food processing operation based in Murotsu, Hyogo, with over 100 years of history on the water. One of the largest single-seed oyster farmers and exporters in Japan, producing Murotsu Bay oysters sold domestically and internationally. Also produces canned oyster products including ajillo and soy sauce preparations. Operates a restaurant at Murotsu Port serving fresh seafood from their own farm.
