A third-generation family business in Monover, Alicante, making semi-preserved fish. Its signature is white anchovies in vinegar, the boquerones of Spanish tapas bars, made from Cantabrian Sea anchovy. The range also includes the Valencian roasted-fish dish capella torrat, gildas and salted-fish salads.
