Anchovy producer based in Salernes, in the Var department of Provence. Part of Unimer Group, Morocco's largest seafood exporter, which also operates the La Monégasque and Vanelli anchovy brands. Salted anchovies, marinated fillets in olive oil, anchoiade, and tapenade, sold through French supermarket chains including Intermarché and Monoprix.
