Sardinmästarens

A Swedish sprat cannery whose name translates as "the sardine master's." Produces extra-small sardines prepared from sprats (Sprattus sprattus) caught in the Northeast Atlantic, available in rapeseed oil, tomato sauce, and a delicacy-smoked rapeseed oil preparation. Distributed through Scandinavian specialty food retailers. Made in Sweden.
