Native Cure

Native Cure is a smokehouse in North Hollywood, California, producing cold- and hot-smoked fish without artificial flavors, additives, or preservatives. Its range runs well beyond salmon to steelhead trout, black cod, escolar, herring, and mackerel, dry-cured with salt and sugar and smoked over natural woods.
