Conservas Lago Paganini

Founded in 1915 by Genoese émigré Pietro Montemerlo Botassi, Lago Paganini is among the oldest canning houses in Galicia, now working out of Bueu on the Rías Baixas. The family firm puts up the full Galician range, from bonito and tuna to sardines, mussels and hand filleted anchovies.
