Consorcio Gran Reserva
Gran Reserva is the premium anchovy line of Grupo Consorcio, the Santoña family firm founded in 1950. The fillets are cured longer in salt and hand packed in the Cantabrian style that made Santoña the capital of the Spanish anchovy.
