Conservas del Abuelo Paquiqui revives a Cadiz cannery that Manuel Sierra Moreno, "Paquiqui", founded in San Fernando in 1952 and that once ran four boats and exported across France and Italy. The family relaunched it in 2018 as a small-batch line, working mackerel in olive oil and specialties like chicharron of almadraba red tuna.
