Navajas de las Islas Cíes are razor clams hand-collected by divers from the Cofradía de Pescadores de Cangas (Cangas do Morrazo fishermen's guild) on the seabed around the Cíes Islands, Pontevedra, Galicia, canned artisanally in olive oil since 1996 under a sustainable-harvest program.
