2 slices rustic bread, toasted
2-3 roasted piquillo peppers
Extra virgin olive oil
Sea salt & black pepper
Optional: parsley or chive garnish
Instructions:
Drizzle toasted bread with olive oil.
Gently lay tuna belly pieces on top.
Add strips of piquillo pepper.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh herbs.
Serve warm or at room temperature with a glass of Spanish white wine
