Sao Nicolau

A volcanic island in the northern Cape Verde archipelago in the Atlantic off West Africa. Tuna is pole-and-line caught in surrounding waters and canned on the island by SUCLA, the producer of the Ladorio brand, using a recipe held for over eighty years.
