Brest

A region of western Belarus and, despite the country being landlocked, an unlikely centre of fish processing. Santa Bremor, based in the city of Brest, is one of Eastern Europe's largest fish processors, working imported catch into preserves, surimi, and caviar-style products distributed across the region.
