New Brunswick

A Maritime province on the Bay of Fundy, home to Canada's historic sardine industry. The town of Blacks Harbour was the site of one of the largest sardine canneries in the world, and the Brunswick brand, named for the province, packed Bay of Fundy herring as sardines for generations. Herring and other cold Atlantic species define the pack.
