A Vienna-based father-daughter company, Song-I Saba and her father, sourcing limited-edition conservas from small Spanish and Latvian canneries and releasing them in annual vintage runs. Not a producer but a curator and importer. Each release is wrapped in parchment and natural rubber, numbered, and accompanied by full provenance detail. Most of their Spanish sourcing is from Galician artisan producers.
