Good Boy

The face on the tin is Jorge Ferreira, seven years old in 1950, the youngest son of Conserveira do Sul founder António Jacinto Ferreira. The name is a joke: Jorge was famously not a good boy. His great-niece Sara Costa, now the company marketing director, relaunched the brand in 2015 after it had been off the market for decades. The logo is unchanged.
