Feldts

Feldts is a family-run smokehouse on the Swedish west coast at Smögen, an old fishing village in Bohuslän. It runs its own salmon factory, cold and hot smoking and curing Norwegian salmon in the Nordic tradition, and supplies much of Sweden's foodservice trade. Its sliced smoked and cured lax is the smoked-fish counterpart to the herring that fills the rest of the Scandinavian shelf.
