ScandiKitchen is London's home for Nordic food, run since 2007 by Danish-Swedish couple Bronte and Jonas Aurell from a cafe and shop in Fitzrovia.
Its online store ships more than a thousand Scandinavian products across the UK, and the tinned fish shelf is the proper canon: Abba's Kalles Kaviar and pickled herrings, Grebbestad ansjovis, Glyngore, and Swedish and Danish classics you rarely see outside the region.
