Grupo Consorcio is a family conservera founded in Santoña in 1950, in the Cantabrian town that defines the Spanish salted anchovy. It hand packs Cantabrian anchovies alongside bonito and tuna, and has grown into one of Spain's best known conserva houses while staying rooted in the craft that made Santoña famous.
