Anchoas Revilla is a small Santona house founded in 2013, when Jaime de Diego left air-traffic control to revive his great-grandfather's anchovy trade. Its signature is the old Santona style of anchovy packed in butter, and its tins have taken a Great Taste star and a first prize from the Cofradia de la Anchoa.
