Conservas La Vieira is a family cannery in Vilanova de Arousa, on the Rias Baixas, trading under the house of Manuel Vicente Mosquera e Hijos. It hand-packs sardinillas from the spring catch, when the small sardines of the Galician estuaries are at their best.
