Takagi Shoten is a cannery at Hasaki, beside the fishing port of Choshi on Japan's Pacific coast, canning since 1961 under a firm founded in 1957. It puts up in-season cold-weather mackerel landed at Choshi, and works both as a contract packer for larger seafood names and under its own traceable-origin label.
