Stone Rolls is a modern Japanese canned-mackerel brand built around protein: a salt-free tin carrying nearly thirty grams in a single can. It is made by STI Miyagi, the cannery of a listed seafood group beside the fishing port of Ishinomaki, which sources and cans locally with Kinka mackerel and Setouchi salt. The brand is new, the cannery behind it is not.
