Napoleon

The Napoleon Co. has sold canned seafood out of the Pacific Northwest since 1903 and is still family-owned in Bellevue, Washington. Its everyday tins, wild-caught anchovies off the Peruvian coast, skinless-boneless sardines and chili-pepper smoked oysters, are a fixture of American shelves rather than a delicacy label.
