Mina

Mina began with a harissa that a woman named Mina first made in 1950s Casablanca, and became a brand in 2010 when her children, led by her son Fouad Kallamni, built a line of Moroccan pantry staples in the United States. Its sardines belong to that Moroccan tradition, packed in olive oil alongside the harissa and preserved lemons the label is known for.
