Donan Reizo has processed seafood in southern Hokkaido since 1970, turning the northern coast's catch into a range of more than three hundred items under its Ajino Dounan label. Its tins run to local staples like flaked autumn salmon, the everyday product of a regional processor rather than a boutique cannery.
