Skansen

Skansen is a Swedish-style herring brand held by the Scandinavian-food importer Lars' Own, filleted and packed at the fishing port of Uusikaupunki in Finland. Its range runs from the traditional inlagd and matjes cures to lingonberry, gin-and-juniper and blackcurrant herring, plus a lightly smoked cod liver, sold in the consumer-sized jars the label says it was first to bring to a bulk market.
