Kusiak is a Basque conserverie founded in July 2021 by Yann Piron and Marianne Maillard, natives of the Basque Country, working by the Saint-Jean-de-Luz fish market. It cans tuna, sardines, and mackerel from the Ciboure catch, plus farmed trout; the name means "cousin" in Basque.
