Conservas Lotamar is a family anchovy house founded in the 1950s in Laredo, Cantabria, now run by the third generation from a modern plant in Ramales de la Victoria. It packs Cantabrian anchovy fillets in olive oil, with butter, in salt and as boquerones in vinegar, and holds IFS certification.
