Operating out of Bermeo, the Basque fishing port, since 1926. Zallo sends 11 products to the World's Best Fish competition and regularly places most of them in the top 54. The Bonito del Norte and the anchovies come from the same Cantabrian Sea the town has fished for centuries. Family-owned across four generations.
