Upstream Tins is a limited-edition Maine salmon experiment: heritage St. John River strain salmon raised in recirculating closed aquaculture systems, then smoked and canned in Oregon by Gulf of Maine Conservas in California olive oil. Conceived as a one-off test of domestic value-added tinning rather than an ongoing line.
