La Riviere
La Riviere is an artisanal Galician cannery on the Illa de Arousa, packing cockles, clams, mussels and razor clams by hand. Its shellfish are put up in Auga Mareira, purified seawater drawn from the Ria de Arousa, keeping the tins tasting of the estuary they came from.
