Herrera Premium Food began in 1980 as a charcuteria inside Madrid's Mercado Las Aguilas and has grown into a family-run gourmet shop built around jamon, cheese and Spanish cured meats.Tinned seafood is one line of its pantry rather than its focus, running to Galician mussels and cockles and premium sardinillas from houses such as Los Peperetes and Rosa Lafuente.It still keeps the market stall and ships across mainland Spain and to Portugal.
