ROI&Co is a Galician cannery on Illa de Arousa, constituted in 2023 by chef Rodrigo 'Roi' Lojo with ex-footballer Aitor Ocio as an investor, hand-packing premium shellfish and seafood conservas (mussels, oysters, clams, razor clams, scallops, cockles) with no industrial machinery and per-tin blockchain traceability.
