Il Principe

Il Principe is the conserva line of Salittica, the Salamone family's fish company in Milazzo, on Sicily's Tyrrhenian coast, formalized in 1999 after generations in the fish trade from grandfather Don Ciccio onward. Mediterranean bluefin tuna is selected and worked entirely by hand, one of the last Sicilian workshops still processing tuna the old way. The range runs from tonno rosso in extra virgin olive oil to alalunga, buzzonaglia and bluefin bottarga, distributed by Nelson Sicily.
