Conservas del Abuelo Paquiqui

In 2018 Manuel García Sierra revived his grandfather's canning business in San Fernando, on the Bay of Cádiz. The original Paquiqui factory, opened in 1952 in the San Marcos quarter, ran four boats and 200 workers and shipped mackerel across Europe. The new house keeps caballa at the core and adds Cádiz specialties like bluefin tuna chicharrones and cuttlefish eggs.
