Renna
In 1976 Saverio Renna began packing octopus in vinegar, marinated anchovies and salted anchovies by hand, selling them around the villages near Fasano on the Adriatic side of Puglia. The house made its name in the 1980s with a refrigerated line of seafood and vegetable antipasti held in sunflower oil rather than sterilised in tins, and that chilled format still defines most of the range. Production runs from one 6,000 square metre plant in Fasano, which also packs private label and third-party work alongside the Renna name.

This is every shop from our records that has carried a Renna listing, not just the ones stocking it today. A tin sits under a house when the label states it.
