Conservas Sotavento

Founded in 2016 by sisters Eva Gonzalez Lojo and Maika Pereira Lojo at Porto do Son in A Coruna, Conservas Sotavento went from a standing start to El Corte Ingles Club del Gourmet and national delicatessen distribution in under a decade. Everything is handmade with no colourants or additives: sardines, octopus, mussels, bacaladilla, razor clams, seaweed and smoked jacks.
